Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any appointment.

If you fail to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

No-call, no-show appointments will also result in a forfeited deposit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled, with a new deposit required.

You will be asked to confirm your appointment online, leading up to your appointment. If there is no confirmation within a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment time, the appointment may, at our discretion, be cancelled. You may be rescheduled under this policy.

All permanent makeup services require a $255.75 non-refundable deposit to book and secure your appointment.

  • Your brows are designed to last 1–3 years with proper care. To keep them looking fresh, we recommend a refresh session so your shape and color always stay flawless.

  • Yes — every permanent makeup service typically needs a 6-week perfecting session. This step locks in pigment, evens out healing, and ensures your final result is as seamless as possible.

  • Holland completes her clients’ initial and annual sessions. For the 6-week perfecting session, her clients see Maggie, our detailed focused artist. Maggie also takes on new and annual sessions, as she’s known for her precision and eye for detail. Having two artists involved means your brows get extra attention and are perfected to the highest standard.

  • We’re more than brows. Holland also offers Lip Blushing — a natural, long-lasting enhancement for lip color and shape. Maggie provides Lash Lifts + Tints and Brow Laminations, giving you that effortless “I woke up like this” glow.

  •  •    Brows: Expect 7–10 days of visible healing (flaking, fading, light scabbing), with pigment fully settling in 4–6 weeks.

        •    Lips: 5–7 days of light peeling, with full color development in 4–6 weeks.

        •    Lash Lift, Tint & Brow Lamination: No downtime — you leave glowing the same day.

  • •    Brows: 1–3 years before refresh touchup.

        •    Lip Blush: 1–4 years with touchups as needed.
