Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any appointment.

If you fail to reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

No-call, no-show appointments will also result in a forfeited deposit.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled, with a new deposit required.

You will be asked to confirm your appointment online, leading up to your appointment. If there is no confirmation within a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment time, the appointment may, at our discretion, be cancelled. You may be rescheduled under this policy.

Permanent Makeup Deposits

All permanent makeup services require a $255.75 non-refundable deposit to book and secure your appointment.

    •    Debit/Credit (2.3% processing fee applies)

    •    Afterpay (8% processing fee applies)
